Shipping

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post and in most cases can get you what you need in just a few days. Shipping costs and options are shown at check out before you finalise your order. All products are shipped either registered post or express post so every item can be tracked and delivery is guaranteed. Warranties

Warranties on the products we sell are at the discretion of the distributor or manufacturer and cover defects in materials and workmanship, like drop outs not aligned or damaged threads on a stem. Damage from abuse, neglect and accidents are not covered under warranty. It is up to the manufacturer or distributor to repair or replace a defective product but we will do our best to help make this happen. Please refer to any warranty card provided with products for more info, some manufacturers require these to be filled out and sent back to them, failure to do so could void your warranty. Labour and shipping costs are not covered under warranty.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product purchased from us please email us with your original order number and the reason you want to return the product. We need to authorise any return so don’t just send it back to us without emailing first. Goods returned without authorisation will not be accepted. We will refund freight costs only if we are at fault. Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items returned after 30 days, or that are not in original condition, or that have missing packaging and/or parts will not be accepted.

Gift Certificates

To buy a gift certificate for a friend add the value you want ($20, $50 or $100) to your shopping cart and continue to check out. Note: You can add multiple numbers of each voucher to make up any total value you like. If you want you can print out the gift voucher image to give it to someone. The value of the gift certificate you have purchased will be credited to your account and you can then send this to a friend by clicking the "send a gift certificate" link, shown under your shopping cart. During this process you can then enter an email address and an amount to send, and the voucher will be emailed to your friend. They will receive an email with a link back to Hell On Wheels where they will be able to spend their voucher on any of our products. You can send a voucher to anyone, even if they don't have an account with Hell On Wheels.
